Can I talk about how much I love this??? I highly recommend it to any one who’s interested in women’s studies and feminism. Very good panel discussions. Especially Episode 9: Black Womahood and Feminism!

Today is an important day in my life and it will forever be. Today is the day my grandmother was born and the day she past. It is necessary It is beyond important that every April 18 I pay her the highest respect and show her nothing but love. The first Queen who influenced me. If it was not for this woman who raised me, who gave me a life, who stepped in and played those parenting roles due to a revolving door of failed parenting and addiction. I don’t know where I would be. Happy Birthday Granny and I love you!! 😘. April 18, 1925- April 18, 2003. ( this pic is of my grandmother and I at my 5th grade graduation)
